週末は英語に近付こう！という訳で、英語版「人生は娯楽だ！」の第2弾行きます！
今日はちょうど１週間前に寄った、明石焼きの名店の記事からです！海外の方にも明石焼きというソウルフード（？）を知って頂きたい！

Today I introduce a local food in Akashi-City,Hyogo prefecture.
It became famous food all over Japan,and very popular! Please enjoy it!

The fride egg ball called for "Akashi-yaki"
Last week I went to a famous Akashi-yaki shop which name is Tenshin.This shop got the No1 praise at the favorite Akashi-yaki shop voting!
The interior of the shop feels me old and good!And I ordered Akashi-yaki!

The moment I ate the first one,I realized that It's very delicious!A cut of octopus is covered with egg,but this is different from Octopus-ball ‘Takoyaki' in Osaka.
The taste of Akashi-yaki is very natural flavor,but characteristic! Eggs and the special soup make a good job!When I eat this Akashi-yaki,I soak it in this soup.And this soup makes it mild!In addition,slices of a long green onion are good combination for this soup!

ちなみに、今回の記事の中に出てきた、「soak it in this soup」というのは、「だし汁に浸す」という意味です。焼肉にたれを付ける時も同様の表現が出来ます。また、「In addition」は「〜に加えて」、「a long green onion」は・・・「ねぎ」という意味です！英語では玉葱の方がメインで、ねぎの方が派生語なんですね・・・。
